  1. Event Manager Vendor Information
  2. -----------------------------
  3. Event Manager is shareware.  Anyone is permitted to give copies of the
  4. SHAREWARE version to anyone.  If you are a distributor of shareware
  5. products, we ask that you read the following BEFORE distribution.

  7. Program Descriptions
  8. --------------------
  9. Short:          A Windows (3.1x, '95, NT) Task/Alarm scheduler that
  10.                 lets your computer do stuff when you don't want to. 
  11.  
  12. Long:           A Windows (3.1x, '95, NT) Task/Alarm Scheduler that
  13.         lets your computer do stuff when you don't want to!. 
  14.         Event Manager simplifies your life by scheduling and
  15.         automating tasks like back-ups and downloads. It will
  16.         launch, time, send keystrokes to, and kill any program
  17.         you want.  Like all SRO programs, it's easy to use, and
  18.         has an "instant" help bar to explain all the controls.

  21. Distribution
  22. ------------
  23. Vendors are encouraged to distribute Event Manager, but you must follow
  24. these guidelines:
  25.  
  26. 1. You must have written confirmation of our permission to distribute the
  27.    program and/or collect any registration fees.  BBS' and online services
  28.    may distribute WITHOUT permission, however no distributor or BBS may
  29.    accept registration fees without having arrangements with us.
  30.  
  31. 2. Following is a list of all the files necessary to setup and run Event
  32.    Manager.  You must include ALL these files for distribution:

  34.    EVENTMAN.EXE  EVENTMAN.HLP    EVENTMAN.TXT   EVENTMAN.PDF   EVENT.DAT      
  35.    THREED.VBX    EVENTMAN.INI    HISTORY.TXT    REGISTER.TXT   VENDOR.TXT 
  36.    EVNTMNSL.TXT  FILE_ID.DIZ     INSTALL.EXE    WINSTALL.INF   WINSTALL.TXT

  38.    VBRUN300.DLL is not required for distribution, however any distributor
  39.    promotion is required to state the necessity of this file and means of
  40.    obtaining it.

  42. 3. You may NOT distribute Event Manager as or included with a COMMERCIAL
  43.    or RETAIL product - - PERIOD!
  44.  
  45. 4. Do not include Event Manager as part of a shareware package UNLESS 
  46.    some other items in the package are applications and or utilities 
  47.    for Windows 3.1, NT or '95.
